To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable glamping experience for all our guests and to protect the natural beauty of our environment, we have established a clear set of policies.

No smoking on property due to Colorado's potential Fire Hazard. No open flames or candles.
There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Wildlife: We are in Bear territory; keep a clean camp to keep critters away, large (bear) and small (rodents). Coolers must be kept in locked cars overnight and when unattended. Moose stop by on occasion and can be dangerous, give them space!
The property has many natural features, streams, ponds, rock outcroppings, cliffs, rustic trails. Use at your own risk and keep children under control and safe.
Dogs are allowed on site. Strictly not allowed on bedding. We have a $40 pet fee, refundable if no dog hair on bedding and extra cleaning is necessary. Must be kept quiet and leashed and under control. Off leash by host permission. Pick up after pets.
No Firearms: No open carry; no shooting.
